TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery:

We deliver to all mainland and island locations in the UK and would expect next business day delivery for small packages and should take no more than two business days but may take longer in exceptional circumstances and to some islands. Orders received on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage or any consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery, however caused.

Working/Business Days are Monday to Friday with a cut-off for processing of 4.45 pm e.g. order on Friday before 4.45 pm - next day delivery is Monday. Order later on Friday or Saturday/Sunday - order processed Monday, next day delivery Tuesday.

Returns/Refunds:

If, on receipt, the item is faulty/damaged in any way, e-mail or call us on 01883 714372 within 5 working days of receipt to discuss the problem. You will normally receive a replacement or a full credit - whichever you prefer. We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy to use us again.

Returns for other reasons e.g. trial, change of mind, wrong goods ordered etc. will also be accepted if notified to us in writing within 5 working days but full refund for the goods will only be possible if items are returned to us in the original packaging and in full re-saleable condition when received back on our premises. For such returns the original delivery charge to you may not be refunded and you will be responsible for the return carriage charges. At our discretion, we may accept returns after this period but not necessarily as credit in full.

All goods are supplied with standard manufacturer’s warranties. In the event of a fault occuring during the warranty period, Business Dictation Limited will repair or replace free of charge as proves necessary (but not if the cause is due to misuse or neglect when charges will apply). Please notify us in writing of any warranty claim.
